The SurgeX Lab is an annual festival that convenes creators and activists within the climate and social change spaces to showcase their works and co-design innovative ideas that maximizes climate justice advocacy while enabling a broader inclusion of people of color in the climate discourse.

The Lab will present works of art curated in different mediums such as films & documentaries, poetry, visual arts & augmented reality to immerse audience in an experiential space aimed at showcasing new works of creative arts to share stories, ideas and generate conceptual insights from spectators

The platform convenes not only to celebrate creativity but to develop concepts and ideas that address critical issues needed to mitigate and build resilience to climate change. Our interactive sessions constitute a paradigm for new thinking that harmonizes the spirit of inclusion, freedom and a deep socio-cultural appreciation of diversity.
